Most dental tourism decisions stall at the same point: you want to know what treatment you actually need and what it will genuinely cost, but you don’t want to fly to Antalya to find out. That’s exactly what Morsia’s free online consultation is designed to solve — a real assessment from a qualified clinician, before you book anything.
What Is the Morsia Free Online Consultation?
Our online consultation is a clinical assessment conducted remotely by a Morsia dentist or specialist. It is not a marketing call. You submit your dental X-rays, photographs and a description of your concerns. A clinician reviews the material and responds with a written treatment plan: what we recommend, why, what it costs, and what alternatives exist.
This assessment is free of charge. No payment details required. No obligation to proceed.
For patients with complex cases, we may recommend a CBCT scan on arrival before finalising the treatment plan — but we will tell you this upfront, not after you’ve flown in.
What Should You Prepare for Your Online Consultation?
The more information you send, the more precise our response. Useful materials include:
- Panoramic X-ray (OPG): If you have one taken within the last 12–18 months, photograph it or ask your dentist to send a digital copy. This single image gives us more information than any photograph.
- Dental photographs: Front view with lips relaxed, front view with lips retracted (teeth showing), left side, right side, upper arch, lower arch. Natural light or a phone torch works well — no special equipment needed.
- Description of symptoms: Pain (where, when, what triggers it), sensitivity, bleeding gums, loose teeth, cosmetic concerns, treatment you’ve been recommended at home.
- Previous dental history: Crowns, bridges, implants, root canals — describe what you have. Photos of existing restorations are helpful.
If you have a treatment plan from your home dentist, send it. We will review it and give you an independent second opinion. We do this frequently and patients find it valuable — it either confirms what they’ve been told, or raises questions worth asking.
What Happens After You Submit Your Consultation?
Patients from Germany often ask: “How quickly will I hear back?” Our target response time is 24 hours for all initial enquiries, Monday to Saturday. For urgent cases — pain, infection, dental emergency — we respond within the same business day and prioritise appointment availability.
Your response from Morsia will include:
- A summary of what we observe from your X-rays and photographs
- Recommended treatment, listed by priority (urgent vs. elective)
- An itemised cost estimate in euros
- Suggested appointment schedule (how many days in Antalya, how many visits)
- Any additional diagnostic steps needed on arrival (CBCT, periodontal charting etc.)
You can then ask questions, request clarification, or simply use the information to compare with other clinics or your home dentist’s plan. There is no sales pressure in any of this.
What Does the In-Clinic Consultation Look Like?
If you decide to travel, your in-clinic consultation is the first appointment. It takes 45–60 minutes and includes:
- Clinical examination by the treating dentist or specialist
- Diagnostic X-rays if not already taken (or CBCT if indicated)
- Review of your online assessment and confirmation or adjustment of the plan
- Discussion of treatment sequence, appointment schedule and any questions you have
At Morsia we see the in-clinic consultation as the moment to confirm everything was understood correctly and to answer questions face to face. Treatment begins only when you are comfortable with the plan.
Digital Smile Design Consultations
For cosmetic treatments — veneers, whitening, composite bonding, Snap On Smile — we offer digital smile design as part of the online consultation. You send photographs; we produce a preview image showing how your smile could look with the planned treatment. This helps you visualise the outcome before committing to anything.
Digital smile design at Morsia is included in the cosmetic consultation process. It’s not a standalone product — it’s a planning and communication tool.
Consultation for Dental Emergencies
Toothache, broken tooth, lost crown, dental abscess — these don’t wait for scheduled consultations. Morsia maintains appointment availability for dental emergencies. Contact us by email with photographs and a description, and we will advise whether you need to come in urgently, provide first-aid guidance, or can wait for a scheduled appointment.
Patients already in Antalya with an acute dental problem can often be seen the same day. Patients still in their home country with imminent travel plans are triaged remotely.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the online consultation really free?
Yes. We charge nothing for the remote assessment and written treatment plan. The cost of your in-clinic consultation on arrival is absorbed into your treatment — there is no separate consultation fee if you proceed with treatment at Morsia.
What if I need a CBCT scan and don’t have one?
We take CBCT scans at Morsia on the day of your arrival appointment. The scan costs €80–120 and is credited toward your treatment. We cannot fully plan implant or complex oral surgery cases without one, and we will tell you this clearly during the online consultation rather than after you arrive.
Can I send a treatment plan from my home dentist for a second opinion?
Yes — this is encouraged. Send the plan, any X-rays, and your photographs. We will review the recommendations, confirm or question what’s proposed, and give you our assessment. This costs nothing and takes the same 24-hour turnaround.
What languages are available for consultation?
English and German for written and spoken consultations. Our patient coordinator team handles enquiries in both languages, and treating clinicians communicate in English at minimum. German-speaking clinicians are available for German-speaking patients.
How do I submit my consultation request?
Via the contact form on morsiadental.com, by email, or via WhatsApp. Attach your X-rays and photographs directly. If files are too large for email, we provide a file-sharing link on request.
What if I’m not sure what treatment I need?
That’s precisely the point of the consultation. You don’t need to know what you need — you need to describe what you’re experiencing, share your X-rays and photographs, and let a clinician assess. You’ll have a clear picture within 24 hours.
Book your free consultation at Morsia Dental Antalya. Send your photos and X-rays today — we’ll give you a real treatment plan within 24 hours, at no cost and no obligation.
