All-on-4 tedavi tekniği nasıl uygulanır?
All-on-4 tüm diş implantlarında uygulanabilen bir tedavi sürecidir. Morsia Medikal olarak tarafımızdan sunulmaktadır.
Bu teknikte çenedeki tüm dişleri desteklemek ve güçlendirmek için diş implantları kullanılır. Diş implantı, genellikle titanyum malzemeden yapılmış vida benzeri bir cihazdır. Cerrahi olarak çeneye yerleştirilip yerleştirilir. İmplant çeneye delindikten sonra çevredeki kemik dokusuyla kaynaşır.
Bu implant dişin kökü görevi görür ve görev yapar. Eğer yeni bir diş implantı yaptırıyorsanız, yapay diş görevi görmesi için tek bir kuron üzerine bir implant yerleştirilecektir.
All on 4 tedavi yönteminde ise tek çene hattında sadece 4 implant ile 10 ila 12 arası diş desteklenebilmektedir. Bahsi geçen implantlar öne ve arkaya açılı olarak yerleştirilir.
Morsia uzman diş hekimleri, diş köprülerini veya protezlerini implantlara sabitler ve bu arada hasta, çene hattındaki tüm eksik dişleri tamamlamış olur. Buradaki implantlar aslında dişlere tutunma görevi görür.
Bu işlem temel olarak çene başına 4 diş implantından oluşur. Bu, üst ve alt çenelerde mükemmel ve tam bir gülümsemeyi sürdürmek için toplam 8 implant anlamına gelir.
İmplantlar yerleştirildikten sonra, köprü veya protezlerin sabitlenmesinden önce hastanın 3-4 ay gibi bir iyileşme süresine ihtiyacı vardır.
