Full mouth dental restoration treatment at Morsia Dental Antalya

Your mouth tells a story. For many patients who find us, that story includes years of decay, missing teeth, worn enamel, failed old restorations, and the quiet embarrassment that comes with smiling less than you used to. Full mouth restoration exists to rewrite that story — completely.

Turkey has become the destination of choice for this procedure. Not because corners are cut, but because the combination of surgical skill, modern technology, and economics makes Antalya the most practical place in the world to get it done.

How Much Does Full Mouth Restoration Cost in Turkey?

This is not a one-appointment procedure. Here’s how it actually works.

Phase 1: Diagnosis and Treatment Planning

Before you arrive in Antalya, send us your most recent OPG (panoramic X-ray) and any available CBCT scans. Our oral surgeon and prosthodontist review your case together and produce a written treatment plan — what needs to be done, in what order, how many appointments, and the exact cost.

We use Digital Smile Design to create a visual simulation of your final result. You’ll see your new smile before a single tooth is touched.

Phase 2: Preparatory Treatments

Some patients need groundwork before implants or crowns can be placed. This includes:

  • Extraction of non-restorable teeth
  • Bone grafting (if needed)
  • Gum disease treatment
  • Root canal therapy on teeth being saved

These are done during your first visit. For straightforward cases, implants can often be placed in the same session as extractions.

Phase 3: Implant Placement

Dental implants are placed under local anesthesia (IV sedation available for anxious patients). Titanium posts are inserted into the jawbone. Temporary prosthetics are fitted so you leave with functional teeth. This is the major surgical phase.

Healing and osseointegration takes 3–6 months. During this time, you’re back home. We check in via WhatsApp, answer questions, and monitor your progress remotely.

Phase 4: Final Restorations

Your second visit is typically 5–7 days. Final impressions are taken, crowns and bridges are fabricated in our on-site CAD/CAM lab, and permanent restorations are fitted. This is the transformative appointment — patients often describe it as emotional. Years of dental anxiety resolved in a week.

How Long Does It Take?

The total timeline from first visit to final result is typically 4–8 months. Here’s a realistic breakdown:

  • First visit (Antalya): 7–10 days — diagnosis, preparatory treatments, implant surgery
  • Healing period (at home): 3–6 months
  • Second visit (Antalya): 5–7 days — final crowns, bridges, prosthetics fitted

Some complex cases with significant bone grafting require a 3-visit approach. Simpler cases — such as patients who only need full-arch implants with no bone grafting — can sometimes be completed in 2 extended visits over 4 months total.

Anesthesia and Patient Comfort

Full mouth restoration involves significant dental work. We take patient anxiety seriously.

Local Anesthesia

All surgical procedures use modern local anesthesia. Injections are given slowly using computer-controlled delivery systems — the kind that minimizes the pressure discomfort that makes dental injections unpleasant. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the process is.

IV Sedation

For patients with significant dental anxiety, IV sedation is available. You’ll be deeply relaxed — awake but not aware of the procedure. This is performed by an anesthesiologist present throughout. There’s an additional cost (€300–€600 per session).

In our experience at Morsia: roughly 20% of full mouth restoration patients choose IV sedation for at least one session. There’s no stigma. It’s a practical tool for complex procedures.

Materials Used at Morsia Dental

Quality starts with materials. We use:

Implant Systems

Nobel Biocare (Sweden), Straumann (Switzerland), and Osstem (South Korea) — all with CE and FDA clearance. We discuss brand options with every patient during the planning phase.

Crowns and Prosthetics

Monolithic zirconia for posterior teeth (maximum strength), layered zirconia for anterior teeth (maximum aesthetics). All fabricated in-house using Ivoclar Vivadent and VITA materials. No outsourcing to anonymous third-party labs.

Temporary Restorations

During the healing phase, we fit high-quality PMMA temporaries — not cheap plastic. These look good, function well, and give you an accurate preview of the final result.

What to Expect After Treatment

Recovery from full mouth restoration is cumulative — each phase has its own recovery window.

After implant surgery: swelling and soreness for 3–5 days. Soft food diet for 2 weeks. After crown fittings: minor sensitivity for 1–2 weeks as the bite settles.

Most patients describe the second visit — when permanent crowns are fitted — as completely comfortable. No surgery involved, just impressions, try-ins, and cementation. You leave feeling like yourself, with a better smile than you’ve had in years.

Why Antalya for Full Mouth Restoration?

The practical case is clear: cost savings of 60–80% even after travel. But there’s more to it.

Antalya’s dental clinics compete aggressively for international patients — and that competition has driven investment in technology, training, and patient experience. Clinics that don’t maintain high standards don’t survive in this market. Morsia Dental has treated patients from Germany, the UK, Poland, Russia, the Netherlands, and dozens of other countries. Our Google and Trustpilot reviews reflect that track record.

Beyond the clinical: Antalya is genuinely one of the world’s great cities. Most patients extend their visit by a few days to explore. The food, the history, the Mediterranean coastline at sunset. It’s not a hardship destination.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is full mouth restoration the same as All-on-4?

Not exactly. All-on-4 is one technique used within full mouth restoration — it replaces a full arch with implants. Full mouth restoration is broader: it may combine implants, crowns on existing teeth, bridges, and gum treatments. Some patients need All-on-4; others need a mix of implants and crowns on preserved natural teeth.

Can I travel home the day after surgery?

We recommend staying in Antalya for at least 5–7 days after implant surgery so we can monitor healing and address any early complications. Flying is generally safe after 48–72 hours, but we prefer to keep patients close for the first week.

Will my treatment be documented?

Yes. Full photographic documentation, 3D scans, and clinical notes are provided after treatment. You’ll have everything your home dentist needs for follow-up care.

What if I need emergency care after I return home?

We’re available via WhatsApp for remote consultation. For genuine emergencies, we have referral partners in several European cities. In urgent cases, we arrange priority re-booking for a follow-up visit in Antalya.

How do I know if I’m a candidate for full mouth restoration?

Send us your OPG X-ray and describe your dental history. Our team reviews every case individually. In some situations, we may recommend a phased approach — treating the most urgent issues first rather than everything at once.

Do you offer payment plans?

We accept payment in stages aligned with treatment phases — a portion upon arrival, the remainder at treatment completion. We do not offer financing directly but can work with patients on phased treatment plans spread across multiple visits if the full scope needs to be divided.

Starting Your Journey

The patients who call us most often say the same thing: “I wish I’d done this sooner.” The hesitation — cost, distance, unfamiliarity — is real. But it’s worth examining honestly.

You’re not choosing between a Turkish clinic and a European one. You’re choosing between getting the treatment done and not getting it done. At the prices most European patients face, full mouth restoration is simply out of reach without travelling. Antalya makes it possible.

The process is manageable. The technology is the same. The materials are the same. The outcome is the same — in some cases, better, because Antalya’s volume of international patients means our surgeons perform this procedure constantly.

Book your free consultation at Morsia Dental Antalya. Send us your X-rays, describe your situation, and we’ll send you a full treatment plan within 48 hours — no commitment required.

What Determines the Cost of Full Mouth Restoration Turkey?

There is no single fixed figure for this treatment. The final plan — and therefore the cost — is shaped by the clinical findings recorded during examination. The factors below are the ones that make the biggest difference:

FactorWhy it changes the cost
Scope of treatmentHow many teeth or regions are included in the plan
Technique and materialsThe clinical method chosen and the materials it requires
Diagnostic imagingExamination, radiographs and digital planning steps
Preliminary treatmentsAny procedure that must be completed before the main treatment
Number of sessionsHow many appointments the plan is spread across
Laboratory workWhether custom laboratory production is involved
Follow-up careReview appointments included after treatment

Your treatment plan is prepared individually after a clinical examination; the applicable figure is shared with you at that stage.
